Whether you are starting a home improvement project or constructing a brand new home, we provide the portable toilets that will meet your needs. We understand the importance of a long term rental is diligent and continuous service. Included in every rental is once a week cleaning which involves removing waste, replenishing with fresh water and special deodorized blue solution, sanitizing inside the unit with a antibacterial cleaning solution and restocking toilet paper. To ensure our service trucks have access, units must be placed within 15 feet of a hard surface.
The American National Standards Institute (ANSI Z4.3) requires 1 portable toilet for every 10 workers per 40 hour work week. We suggest separate portable toilets for women on construction sites. We deliver directly to the job site and pickup in a timely fashion after requested to do so. We ask that you call a week in advance so we can schedule delivery but we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests. K & S Porta Johns, Inc. is insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
